Fine Detailed Brick Ovens specialise in all styles and models of commercial and domestic Pre-cast installations of wood fired pizza ovens.

Pre-fabricated ovens are a much simpler option as they are a lot smaller in diameter when completed and can usually be installed in 1-2 days.

Pre-cast ovens are a dome shaped pizza oven with  sizes ranging from 800mm to 1,200mm internally for Domestic and 1,200mm to 1,800mm internally for Commercial. They are a great pizza oven which cook to perfection every time and they are less labour intensive.

Heating can be by burning wood or by custom fitting a gas burner with either town gas or LPG. Both types of heating are very effective.

Ovens are generally constructed on a custom concrete base, supported by either brickwork or a steel frame and can be located to suit each individual application either inside a building,  outdoors under cover or out in the weather.

You may also choose to just have the pizza oven constructed on your own base.
